The Sweet Spot System is 1:1 coaching. Five stages, in order, each with a tool and a way to know you're done. We measure your alignment on day one and again at the end, so the change is something you can see, not just something you feel.
The numbers are fine, the calendar's full, and somewhere in the last year it stopped feeling like yours to run.
That feeling has a name. It's The Drift, and it isn't about willpower. Your business is still shaped like the person who built it, and you're not that person anymore.
In a study of 49 coaches, belief in the work came back at 4.16 out of 5. Confidence in the next step came back at 2.96. If you've taken the diagnostic, you saw your own version of it on the result screen. That gap is the thing we close.
At my peak I had 72 clients and a business that looked like success from every angle except mine. I have ADHD, and instead of structure I had adrenaline. Every week ran on my push.
I believed in the work completely. I couldn't have told you my next step. And the business was still shaped like the guy who started it in 2016, taking anyone who'd pay.
Getting out of that took me years, mostly because I was doing it without a map.
The Sweet Spot System is that map. We walk it together, and it takes twelve weeks instead.
The Mirror · week one
We run the DONUT Alignment Score and read your layer chart out loud, together. The exhaustion turns out to be structural. You don't have a discipline problem, you have a business that outgrew its own design.
Done when you can name your archetype and your weakest layer without defending yourself.
The Cut · weeks two and three
Subtraction is the growth move, and it's the one you're most tempted to skip. We build your Subtraction List, ask the resentment question, and you make one real removal with a date on it. It feels like quitting. That feeling is the compass.
You don't move on until the cut is made. Not scheduled. Made.
The Rebuild · weeks four to six
Your business is an old photograph of you. With the Blueprint Date, you write down the year each part was designed and who you were that year. Then we redraw the offer, the niche, and the voice from who you are now.
You're out when all three pass one question: does this belong to who I've become.
The Box · weeks seven and eight
Structure replaces adrenaline. You already have the discipline, so what's missing is design. We run the Adrenaline Audit on one real week, then turn everything you're carrying by force into systems, handoffs, or cuts.
Done when your business could survive a flu week on paper.
The Return · weeks nine to twelve
Confidence shows up once you're moving, not before. For four weeks you ship one thing that feels like yours and log one real connection that doesn't scale, every week. You finish by re-taking the diagnostic. Every layer comes back strong, and a Tuesday feels like yours.
That's the Sweet Spot, measured.
One call a week, recorded, so you can rewatch instead of taking notes. Between calls you have a private channel to me. Something lands on a Wednesday, you don't hold it until the next call.
Each stage has one worksheet. Everything lives in one shared folder: the worksheets, the recordings, your layer chart.
Twelve weeks from now that folder reads like a before and after.
The Sweet Spot System is for an established coach with clients and revenue, where the problem is that none of it feels like yours anymore. You've outgrown your own setup and you can feel it.
If what you're after is more leads this month, this isn't that. The application asks, so say so there, and it saves us both a call. The Sweet Spot System works on the part of the business that decides whether you still want to run it, and it asks you to remove things before it lets you add anything.
The Sweet Spot System is twelve weeks, 1:1, with me directly. Every piece of it is done by me, line by line, so three founding spots is the cap.
When the three are filled, the next opening comes when someone graduates.
Apply for a founding spotIt asks what a first call would ask, so neither of us sits through a pitch meeting pretending it's a conversation. If it looks like a fit, you get my calendar and we talk. If it doesn't, I'll tell you that too, and usually what I'd do instead.
How much time does this take each week?
One call, plus the work itself. Plan for two or three focused hours. The Cut and the Box weeks can run heavier, and they're also the weeks that hand time back.
Do I need to take the diagnostic first?
It's free and it's the starting point of week one either way, so you may as well. If you've already taken it, bring your result to the application. Take the diagnostic.
What if I can't make the cut in week three?
Then we stay in week three. Nothing else in the program proceeds until the cut is made. That gate is the program working.
Fewer offers and clients who actually fit. A calendar with open space in it on purpose. You turn down work without writing the apology in your head first. The business reflects who you are now, and you can prove it, because we measured it twice.
When the three founding spots fill, this page switches to a waitlist.
